Therapure My Curcumin Capsules are hard capsules each holding 90mg of curcumin from 500mg of Meriva Curcumin Indena Phytosome. See the label for the indications.

Ingredients
Each capsule contains curcumin 90mg from Meriva Curcumin Indena Phytosome 500mg, equivalent to Curcuma longa fresh rhizome 15g, standardised to contain total curcuminoids 100mg. Excipients: leucine, hypromellose (capsule), lecithin.
