Cleanse & Detoxify

We are not fans of extreme cleanses, but we do think the body appreciates a bit of support now and then. This section covers the gentler tools. Eden Health Foods makes activated charcoal, green clay and their Intestinal Detox Formulas, Qenda does Ultimate Fibre, and PPC Herbs makes Liver Plex and Canda Plex.

You will also find Grants liquid chlorophyll, Green Nutritionals barley grass and wheatgrass, Supercharged Food diatomaceous earth and liver and detox teas from Love Tea and Teapot Teas. Start low, drink plenty of water and ask us in the Maroubra shop if you are not sure where to begin.
