The GF OAT FLOUR is a whole-grain flour made from oats. It's full of flavour and nutrition. Oat flour has a silky texture and a subtle 'oaty' flavour that you'll love. Our oat flour was the first oat flour uncontaminated by the gluten found in wheat, rye, and barley to hit the Australian market.

We go to great lengths to ensure there is nil gluten contamination in this product from the gluten found in wheat, rye, and barley. In Australia we are unable to call any product that contains oats in Australia - gluten free. A small percentage of Coeliac patients react to the Avenin in oats, please do an oat challenge before consuming.
