Dashi is a type of soup and stock traditionally used in Japanese cuisine. Spiral’s traditional Japanese Dashi has umami flavour that balances any dish to add that extra depth of flavour.
Ingredients: Oligosaccharide (tapioca, sweet potato), sea salt, yeast extract (yeast, dextrin, salt), bonito powder (8.5%), shiitake mushroom powder (0.3%), kombu seaweed powder (contains iodine) (0.2%).
