Description & Use:
A traditional spicy seasoning for grilled and barbecued meat. Marinate meat in Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and rum for 1 hour. Add salt to taste and either pan-fry, grill or barbecue. Also delicious on slow-roasted meat.
