Description & Use:

This, and our Turkish Spice Blend, is very similar to Greek Taverna Spice.

Use as a dry marinade for lamb, or mix with oil and brush onto vegetables such as eggplant and capsicum before grilling. Add to moussaka and meatballs.

Blended and packed in Australia from imported and local ingredients.

Ingredients: Paprika, sumac, oregano, lemon, salt, parsley, rosemary.
