Kombucha is a fermented green tea that tastes almost like a non alcoholic apple wine. The Ginger Brew consists of pure kombucha with fresh ginger juice, cinnamon, and lime. It is a great detoxifier with a high number of digestive enzymes to help aid waste expulsion at both a cellular level and during digestion.
