Chew, do not swallow whole. 

• Children 2-4 years - chew 1 pastille, once daily.
• Children 5-9 years – chew 1 pastilles, twice daily.
• Children 10-13 years – chew one pastilles, 2-3 times daily.
• Children 14 years and over – chew 2 pastilles, twice daily.
