Free Shipping T&C's 

• Some bulky and heavy items such as box buys or promotional items may not include free shipping, please view product description for more information on products that are excluded from free shipping.
• Please note some regional area's may be restricted to 3kg postage limit or impose a remote shipping surcharge. If a shipping surcharge applies you will be notified at checkout, if your order weight exceeds the limits imposed by our couriers you will be offered a full refund or the option to remove bulky items.

How we process your order

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on NSW public holidays.

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items or you may choose to wait for new stock to arrive.

Packaging

We are committed to reducing the impact of packaging. We reuse boxes, satchels and packaging materials whenever possible to send your orders.

Your order is sent in the smallest box or satchel possible and is packaged with upcycled packaging materials! We reuse cardboard boxes and packaging materials that we receive from our suppliers.

Please recycle your packing materials whenever possible, or reuse to reduce waste by giving it a further life.
